<<Only the rationale presented to the public are different>>

There never is a good reason to kill someone. Self-defense and or self preservation of country are legal reasons. Any good soldier who has killed other people, especially if they were innocent bystanders has to live with it for the rest of his life. And that's not easy. I almost cracked.

I was a grenade specialist in the Israeli Army and killed other people. I had a nightmare about it last night and it was close to 50 years ago. It wasn't the first nightmare I had about it either. I've had many. I started smoking cigarettes and a lot of other stuff because it shook me up. I know why I did it at the time. The reason was never good enough. Thank G-d I gave up the cigarettes 39 years ago.

I find it repulsive and inhumane that soldiers get glorified in this country for murdering other people. People stand and cheer at NHL games when the Veteran is announced.

I wish I hadn't done it. But I can't turn the Clock back, Only in the movies can you do that.

When my wife and sons tell me what a great person I am, I know it's not true.

I can forget for years at a time, but my conscience never forgets.
