RE: next rights offering,

There is a possibility that SFE will wait until Q2 '98 to start the next offering. They have kept the complete process within one quarter (makes the accounting a lot easier), but with 3 offerings per year, they have that flexibility. Even presuming this, we should still hear something by the end of February. Any bets as to the next company?
