RDC down 9.24% in one day! What is going on with this stock? At this point, I'd be GLAD to have down 3% in one day. Something's up with Rowan that I don't know. It's having bigger down days and weaker up days than ever. Anyone have any ideas? Once again the worst performing stock in this group. BC
