If RMCW excerises its' rights and takes MVPH's assets, i.e., the 112mile pipeline, wouldn't that be 'relevant' to RMIL? Wouldn't a fradulent press release stating a $5MM investor in MVPH be 'relevant' to RMCW , since its' purpose would be to increase value of MVPH to $14MM? Wouldn't it be relevant if DEmpsey Mork was involved with the releases? Pugs
