No, number of trades make no difference. Even if I make 100,000 trades per month,my income stays the same. The .25% only covers my costs which tend to be pretty high. I am shopping around for "soft dollar" contracts with some large brokerage firms so that I can place trades through them and then they cover my real time quotes, level2, bloomberg machine, etc.. When I get those cost covered, then I remove the .25% fee.
