Breathing is natural. We all do it. It is healthy to breathe. It does not interfere with anyone else. Smoking is harmful.

All true. But the real question is: how harmful is second-hand smoke? In my view, not very. In the view of the scientific community, the jury's still out. (One study done here claimed that working in an office with smokers was equivalent to smoking three packs of ciggies a year, not a cosmic health threat. And then there were the outrageous, but statistically true, Phillip Morris ads that informed us that drinking three glasses of milk a day or eating four cookies was more likely to cause lung cancer than smoking.)
