ratie stupid is as stupid posts. The Environmental laws of the Eighties took care of the Seventies polution you babble about. Now China's environmental laws are basically functional 1850 or maybe even earlier. On paper maybe not but in fact they are. Be happy, sing a song.. Make it simple as that is all you are.
