Many forget all the Bush's were pro immigration/refugee and were part of the problem. So it is no surprise a Bush appointee would play the game he is doing that co incides with others who also are pro immigration/refugee.

Except. DING ALINGS..

This is about SECURING BORDERS.. PROTECTING AMERICANS from however they come in to cut the RISKS as best we can.
