Judge Gorsuch does not have the type of experience referred to by Judge Robart. He has never been involved in helping ordinary people with their day to day legal problems. Our present Supreme Court is occupied by a bunch of elitists from Harvard and Yale and other elite schools who have never had this type of experience. They have never counseled or represented some individual in a divorce, bankruptcy, DUI, personal injury claim etc. They are all establishment lawyers.
