They have never counseled or represented some individual in a divorce, bankruptcy, DUI, personal injury claim etc.

and no conservative gives a crap about any of that. all we want is a constitutional originalist who has the guts to stick to the constitution and veto unconstitutional laws like obamacare, affirmative action, the 'new deal' etc. etc. you destructive, economically illiterate 'do-gooders' can go hang for all we care.
