the fundamentals of NSS are great....the reasons for the recent decline in price I believe are: 1) Smith Barney downgraded the company from buy to hold 2) then the market correction 3) short sellers fueling a selling frenzy 4) profit taking from significant run-up 5) lack of Wall Street sponsorship and market understanding of these hybrids (steel manufacturing and oil services) its formed a base in here and Smith Barney just upgraded to outperform from neutral after the market closed..... timing is great on this one....way to go milk!
