Dear Kirk,

We recently made some highly effective changes strengthening our systems that combat this sort of spammer.

His avenues towards succeeding in member registration become fewer every time he does succeed in registering a new account, and our system becomes better at spotting and thwarting him. Its a law of diminishing returns game for this spammer now, and through this cat and mouse game, he is actually helping to improve our registration system's capability of spotting undesirable users.
