How about the food? I have been pleased with my last two meals at Lone Star, even though I was disappointed they run out of Prime Rib at 7:00 pm. As a STAR investor, I'm looking at the food and service, as well as the P/E and other financials. I'll continue eating there as long as I'm investing and am happy with the experience. Other comments? BMC
