<<Why do you think this company will go to single digits?>>

Let's start with the fact that a large number of key executives and board members are currently under criminal indictment. How many companies do you know that have had a platoon of executives led away in handcuffs that later went on to great fortune?

Let's factor in the endless civil litigation with Cadence and the fact that they keep losing every major court battle.

Let's not forget the recent judgement against Meta software (now a division of Avant).

Oh...and the shareholder lawsuit.

Hmmmm... the fact that despite all their vociferous claims to the contrary, Avant is nowhere near being the leader in anything. Despite the fact that the EDA/PR markets have grown enormously over the past few years, Avant only managed a 35% revenue increase for the last 9 months. BTW, I wouldn't exactly trust their accounting methods.

The mergers and acquisitions were very expensive, and a rip-off to the Avant shareholder, particulalrly the TMAI deal.

The bottom line is that Avant should be shut down. I think it will be.

AVNT is hideously overpriced considering the risks involved. if you want to invest in this business, why not go with the *true* leader: CDN?

I can not pound the table hard enough on this one: SHORT AVNT!!!!
