But I wonder if cost advantage is really a bonus. Aber has very rich pipes: 4 c/1 ton vs .5c/1 ton!!! 8times richer!!!!
Did you guys look at the feasibility Ashton did on their Merlin mine in Australia?
Nice terrain, hot climate, easy access and still it had to average about 52.9 c/100t. (.5c/t.) before they decided to go ahead.
K14 has the potential and a 1000 t. bulk will confirm that pipe. If it does come in good, I still think they will want a few more pipes before going with a mine.
The Merlin mine averages out over 6-8 pipes of which 4 had large bulk samples and the rest had < 1,000 t. samples.
Jesse, I still like those diamond counts per ton in AB vs Merlin. could be da clu to something.
Notice how Ashton said they were very happy with the results of K91 (just as happy as other good pipes), and K91 only has 10% of the diamond count / t. that K14 has!!! go figure. - Any thoughts - denis
