You don't have a clue what you're talking about.

If you raise the minimum wage across the country to $15, what will happen is that any person whose labor is not worth $15 will become permanently unemployable. There are a lot of them.

All those fast food and restaurant employees would soon be jobless in most of the country, replaced by modern equipment that can do the job faster, cheaper, and better without cigarette breaks and without health insurance.

Now, those few who know how to build robots and program computers would have jobs. And those whose labor is worth more than $15. But you would instantly, overnight create an underclass of people who are unable to contribute to productivity.

I know you don't claim to know anything at all about economics or business. But this cannot be that complicated for you to understand. The "plutocrats" are not going to waste money hiring people when they could simply replace them with cheap, efficient machines.

So, please explain, in your theory, why those money-grubbing "plutocrats" are going to act counter to their own financial interests when increase the cost of an unskilled laborer to $20-25/hour including taxes and other costs? Why would they do that?
