I agree about the fundamentals. I just read the SEC filings again, this stock has potential. Another possible reason for today's decline: they filed Form 4 today (available for free at freedgar.com, but you may have to register) - an insider sold 7,350 Shares out of 77,380 Shares owned, no big deal, they have options to exercise. Where did you find out about the last upgrade from S. Barney? Thanks, Milk
