Well, it looks like we are basically (as far as fundamentals go) at the same point as before the halt. I'd be interested to see the financials.

Some interesting points noted:

1.) MVPH stock is a none issue....merger agreement between OVIS and RMCW has dropped that requirement.

2.) There is some outstanding litigation still pending (Barons and Mork)

3.) The $5 million is still not in RMIL hands (on January 1 the company issued another 30 day extention)

Hopefully, trading will resume. The 8K seemed to answer the major questions. Looks like it will be January 7th for the first day. I anticipate major volume generated by the market makers and short term RMIL holders. Will be interesting later in the week if during this halt RMIL shareholders called for enough certs to start the squeeze.
