i am definitely not a clinton supporter, and appreciate trump, if for nothing than for giggles, i appreciate trump

i am guessing, that ...
(1) tariffs, duties, rates, taxes, etc are what they are, governmental takes, with attendant mathematical pluses and logical minuses - each nation should be able to do as self-determined, including the usa
usa had heretofore chosen one way, and now wishes to choose another path
no biggie issue as far as i am concerned
it is a free universe
(2) as to ip, wondering what the usa would do if it was behind in tech.
as not all tech in the usa is available for sale, whether in licence, device or ip form, so chooses in effect to lose the ip by other means, or in trump-lingo, alt-means, and
besides, there is the court system to address ip issues
it is what it is, or per lingo of the thread, just is, like a lot of other issues
(3) as to giving china free money, depends on what one considers free and regards as money
had there actually been free money going around i am fairly certain i did not get my fair share of the largess by whatever alt-calculation
(4) am fairly certain the usa debt mountain was not borrowed to support china, since china bought a slug of the debt.
in the tallying and alt-reckoning perhaps much of the points went to the likes of trump, cohort, and such same but flying flag of the democrat party, plus expended in the jungles of se asia, deserts of middle east, mountains of afghanistan, and wherever else stretching from north to south pole, by democratic choice if we are to have faith in the system
the interesting thing to watch and brief on is to follow what trump's interpretation of what is needed to reach enunciated goal, to "make america great again"
am fairly sure more wars would not help, as that has been tried in somewhat sustained fashion over the past so many years
would stopping illegal immigration do it? doubtful
hiccup global trade? dubious.
the chief-tweeter presumably has a program, but so far i have not been able to tell the program apart from "the apprentice"
