Are you another one of those knee-jerk far right people who think that every attempt at improving the public health is going to end up in a fascist state, Jeff? I'm a little tired of arguments like that. I also dispute your assumption that everybody's rights are equal in the United States. You definitely do NOT have the inherent right to harm me. Are you so inconsiderate that it is beyond you to step outside and smoke, or smoke in a sealed room, or smoke in a bar which is owner operated? Is this really a significant infringement on your liberties?
