Ignoring the content of the 8-K, I must say that whoever wrote it can't possibly have more than a sixth grade education. Subjects that don't agree with predicates, or are missing altogether; "companies" instead of "company's", etc. My favorite was when an asset was written down to "reflex" the actual value. Very funny stuff here.
