I wasn't trying to win anything, but I'd appreciate hearing anything good or bad you might have to say regarding Zoltek or my views of the company.

I owned the stock off and on for the first seven months of last year and sold for the last time in mid-July when the stock was about $35.00. During the July-October run-up I was bearish on the stock because I believed that the stock was overvalued and that the revenue/earnings/cash flow reports were misleading (even if not intentionally misleading). I think that Zolt MAY have a bright future, but I didn't think trhat the results thusfar had warranted the high price.

I'm unconvinced however that ZOLT will provide the returns that many hope for. My skepticism is based primarily on the period-over-period reports issued by the company. Rather than rehash the concerns I'ver previously posted, let's just say that I think there has not been enough substance to the carbon fiber part of Zoltek's business, and that carbon fiber as yet to provide the revenue/income/cash flow to determine a credible trend.

As more reports are released we will all get a better insight into the potential of the company. Since I have had no position in the stock since July of 1997, I didn't make/lose money on the runup and I didn't make/lose money on the drop. Despite my personal opinions, I have always wished the longs the best of luck and hope the stock goes soaring.

P.S. Although I have had my share of profitable investing, I recently owned shares in Centennial Technologies, and still own some Presstek stock. When problems were reported early about Centennial, we were told by the CEO and the CFO that there were no real problems, and that these negative reports were the result of a short-seller conspiracy. Needless to say CNT is no longer traded on NASDQ (it went form the thirtys to near zero, and the CFO is in jail); I'm part of a class action suit, but I'm not expecting much. The management of PRST told us that rumors that they were giving out false information was also credited by them to a short-seller conspiracy. They were recently fined by the SEC for conspiring to give its stockholders false information. OXHP is another example of the above. Forgive me if I'm not impressed that ZR has jpoined this thread to tell us there's a conspiracy of short-sellers at hand.

If your long on ZOLT , I wish you the best of luck. I also think that you want to hear a variety of opinion re the stock -- if you don't agree with that opinion, you can ignore it or respond. Despite the past, I'm hopeful that all of us posters can limit the discussion to ZOLT and their opinions of the company, and leave the personal views to themselves.

Regards and good luck, aa
