3.) The $5 million is still not in RMIL hands (on January 1 the company issued another 30 day extention)

Do you remember who first said the money had been transferred into the country and that it was just a few days away from being in RMIL's hands?

With yet another delay, and such a long one at that, I think that the folks who were counting on that money as the company's salvation will be bailing out in droves when/if this re-opens, only to possibly buy their shares back before the end of the month. People generally like to go fry other fish with the money rather than let it sit.

Riley, if the claimed huge short position did exist, I think this 8K pretty much says the squeeze is off.
