Hi Joe,

Actually, I think $6.50 is too much to pay for a buy and hold play. Be interesting to see what it looks like after earnings in Feburary. For trading it is pretty faithful about filling gaps, and the charts are mostly pointed in the right direction for that kind of move over the next few weeks. The opinions of those morons on CNBC tends to fade after a few days. I wonder what a SEC investigation would turn up about their buying and selling patterns and the timing of their rumors.

I am starting to speculate that the fear of Y2K might do more for the MOAB release going into Summer than anything that Novells inept marketing has ever done. Novell might not be dead yet even though it smells that way. I do think the smell will get worse before it gets better and am waiting on the sidelines for my next short play.

My APM is up 27% in the last two days which makes me feel better about buying it all the way down last month. Looks like the January effect is treating your holdings well also. Good luck.

Regards,

Don
