Apparently there is one disputed report of that (and countless quotes, reports etc.) Maybe "fake news" is a little strong but its not established as true.

But even if it was fake news, how about the other seven million crazy things he has said?

Those are different issues, not part of this. Whatever else he said or did doesn't deal with this specific issue.

51% of Trump supporters are fine with Trump overruling the courts.

Has he done so?

The entire world is scared to death and you find one thing that is questionable-lol?

And the more serious it is, the more Trump might actually be some sort of problem for the US or the world, the more you need to make sure you get the story right. Inaccurate or even questionable charges only make people think "there they go again", when you get something right.
