I only wonder which citizen of a Muslim country inflicted the most lost of life including 9/11.

It seems to me that Egypt and Saudi Arabia are not countries that are breeding ground for Islamic terrorism and Wahhabi or Salafi movements are peace loving Christians faith including religious organizations, not to mention Also strange to mention from where the Al Qaeda movement originated

The differences are both nuanced and in dispute among scholars. Wahhabi Islam is clearly modern insofar as it is rooted in the teachings of an 18th century person. Salafi Islam might be attributed to earlier, pre-modern periods (per adherents), or not (per scholars).

All those statistics are a pile of bull #$% and can be manipulated as one wish. There are good, bad and very bad people of the Muslim faith, same as there are KKK extremist in the US or Ultra National Socialists in Europe.
