What will the effect on the minority shareholders now that BCE has effectively control of this company? Any ideas? Is this all rosy?

I recently had some dealings with CGI and found them to be first class operators. CGI is certainly on an expansion roll. I have been following since I came in contact with them early this year. They appear to have a solutions for Y2K problems but require contractual arrangements to solidify the relationship and it is my opinion that these solutions are at a premium price due to the upcoming bottleneck (ie: lack of sufficient labor to solve everyone's Y2K problem). Just my opinion,.

My concerns are that the controlling shareholders now have struck a deal with BCE to sell their shares. This could be the end of the run IMHO.
