Local new wasn't real helpful; mostly a summation. They're releasing 100K cubic ft/sec, which is bringing up the river. Average flow for the Colo. is 22.5K CFS, so there's a lot of water in the Feather River, which dumps into the Sacramento. Officials are starting to think about low places in Sacramento. Shasta Reservoir is about 95% full, so they'll have to start releasing more into the Sacramento from it soon, too. There's a chance of rain Wed, with rain Thurs-Sun.
