To this date SunEdison shareholders have not received proper representation in court during this bankruptcy process. The shareholders best legal representation was Brown and Rudnick and as soon as they got Homer Parkhill to double the value of SunEdison in court SunEdison hired Brown and Rudnick out from under the shareholders, effectively leaving them without a voice.

Now is the time to have our voices properly represented. Ancela Nastasi is our new active attorney. She has a clear road forward for an equity committee and could not be a better choice for us:
