Cader thanks alot for taking the time to respond to my neophite questions. Your reply concerning bandwidth and pages makes perfect sense, I either misunderstood or the tech support comment was in reference to the bandwidth consumed by loading the pages. Thanks for pointing out your experience with loading minders. Let me triple check something with you. Despite the references in the help file, as it stands right now, the child popup feature is only enabled with tickers. Is that your take on the situation? The help file implies that this option is available with other windows but from what I can tell, and I have asked a couple other folks; this feature is not yet widely available.
