If you followed the posts, I believe the Palco issue has been dead for quite some time. I also posted the 8K says it was just terminated recently because that sounds better. Is it misleading, probably, is it dishonest, possibly. Does it matter, not really. The only thing that matters now is if there is a squeeze or not. As this 8K does not make mention of how many shares there are this is still up in the air and will soon be determined one way or the other. Then if the squeeze does begin, will the SEC halt the stock again because in their mind it does not reflect the true value of the company. Those are the only two issues that really matter to most people that will stay in RMIL after the re-open. Why beat the minute points of the business. Their business sux. Their business is bogus. At this point, who cares? The stock will either trade or it won't, it will either be rehalted or it won't, and it has either been illegally short sold or it hasn't. Those are the only real issues left remaining.
