Telling a shareholder a material event, who then may, at his whim, decide to share it on an internet thread is not an acceptable way of making information public...It is clear to me after following this thread for many months, that the company has shared a great deal of inside information with selected individuals before making it available to the general public.

The company was telling shareholders the deal was dead a couple months back, now they're telling the SEC it died 2 weeks ago. They're either lying to shareholders or lying to the SEC. Can't have it both ways.
