Al-len,

One would perceive your opinion as being correct. We certainly have nothing to hide out here on SI.

However, the SEC views it differently. They see a conspiracy to only reveal information privately and in a less than disclosing manner.

How much would it have cost for RMIL to file an 8K when the negotiations officially terminated, if indeed before the SEC halt??

Not much. But it seems that it required an SEC trading halt to convince the company to file anything.

Now they have to deal with their audited 10K filing.

Btw, there is still that rather interesting comment made by M.Kugler, who also uncovered the info on the status of the garment plants (for which he was called a liar and short-seller by the yeas).
Do you remember it??

He identified two US citizens that may have been linked to the 13 million share Reg S deal that Morgan put together. That's a no-no and highly illegal as well, if true. Reg S is solely for the purpose of raising capital from non-US affiliated entities/persons.

If this is true, RMIL will be sitting on the pink sheets for some time and will likely face serious fines and/or criminal charges in the future.

That is... if this information is correct.

So if the company has misrepresented itself for the past 4-5 months about these material issues, what else have that misrepresented?? I bet you the SEC will find out..

They're pretty good at those kinds of things.

Regards,

Ron
