NL, rumours are circulating that Chiefy has cheated on Brucie. Apparently Chiefy is going to meet someone "new" at a Timmies. Oh the heartbreak! We need some Kleenex tissues in aisle 3.

Was she set up? I try to think better of most people (except 14) and try to see what could have got them in that predicament before judgement.
If I had known nothing about CCB, I would have done what she did, with little malice intent but to influence people to support my side of the argument. Ammunition as it were.

I do not begrudge people using NIMBY everybody does. Too show you just how much of this is NIMBY I had a great conversation with a nice young lady, one whom I would love to meet at Tim Hortons in Grenville one day. Because she is a great debater, she challenged my logic, I challenged hers, in the end we had a great laugh about how polar opposite we are regarding the mine. During that conversation it struck me odd that she said, "why not somewhere else". So I explained that 1 miles to the east is flake and 5 miles to the west is flake.
Then it occured to me what she was saying. Not in My backyard, How about some one elses!!

So this is normal course. Just as the Township has no recourse to rescind the approval until reviewing the newest NR out of MRC giving them more power to control what happens in their community.
Even under the new rules we exceed the distances laid out by MRC but the Council and Mayor have to do their DD to ensure they understand the concept and application of the New Law.
Then they will hold another Council Meeting sometime and vote to accept it again, why? Because we do not violate ANY spirit of the law under MRC Rules and Regulations or Municipal Rules and Regulations. Period!
