I think this interview with Conway answers the Flynn question. The man didn't remember the conversation. He was complaining to people that "he didn't recall". The poor guy's memory is not up to par. He must have eventually realized this, and resigned. Won't stop the mad dogs on the Left from painting him as a traitor, etc. today.com
