So you also believe Donald Trump's Presidency is going to be four years of empty promises, due to a lack of cooperation by Congressional Republicans.

This problem won't be fixed until Congressional Republicans are flushed from office and replaced with representatives who care about the future of the nation.

Creating a flush during the mid-term elections two years from now should be the top priority for Trump, Obama and other political leaders.
