What are the chances that Mr. Hovnanian will want to build and run a LMDS business? Is it possible that he will want to sell-out to the highest bidder and limit himself to running CTC, the privately-held technology company? Insiders own 70 percent of the stock in CVUS. If they want to sell out, they have the votes to do it without public shareholder consent.
