so true...when i spoke with the lieutenant, i asked him, is this 'ok?' who gave permission for the company to do this? (understand this is MAJOR construction company with trucks constantly going in and out, they do bridges, major highways, etc,so i thought maybe they had some kind of variance), the officer said it was NEVER permissible and sent an officer to the headquarters to lay down the law....

still think think the driver should be fired!
