Dave, that other S.Carolina company is Laidlaw Environmental Services (LLE) Ive been following them for last month or so. On Dec 22 Safety Kleens board rejected the latest offer by Laidlaw to aquire SK. Sks board said lles bid "Does not provide value superior" to the $27 all cash agreement to merge SK with a company formed by Philip Services Corp (PHV) and others.Today Laidlaw adjusted there offer to SK. Safety Kleen special shareholders meeting scheduled for Jan. 9th. I dont know how this ties in with GRNO. Joe
