The stock needs to beak above the $5 level to give a signal that the short term downtrend is over. It does look encouraging, though, as the last couple of times the stock touched the $5 level, it backed off considerably right away. To base out here a bit, would be very bullish. Moreover, the CEO had some very positive things to say on the most recent conference call.

Bottom line (Short Term): I'm encouraged a bit, but further confirmation is needed in regard to the shares. A strong rally above $5 is needed.

Bottom Line (Long Term): There is the strong potential for a 10 bagger by 2020. But 2017 is a crucial year for the turnaround situation and patience is needed.
