Michael: I'd like to expand upon my earlier post #33,359 in which I pointed out how horrible the spelling and grammar was in the 8-K. Given the trading halt, one would think that the company would be very careful with any SEC fiiings, and make sure that its lawyers examined them closely. Lawyers, before they go to law school, go to college, and before that they go to high school, yet this 8-K appears to have been written by someone who flunked out of high school. So, one wonders, does the company even have any lawyers? Or are their attorneys complete idiots? What is the chance that an ignorant, low rent lawyer will help the company's case before the SEC and, quite possibly, criminal authorities? While it must be annoying to be sued, if that is in fact what is happening to you, it must be comforting to know that you can probably hire a reasonably bright bagger at the local supermarket to defend you and he or she will make RMIL's lawyers look like not very well trained monkeys.
