Fake News plays the Plame Game against Trump

The CIA Memorial Wall had at last count 117 Gold Stars and no names to commemorate the men and women of the agency who have died in service to the country. They are the Very Well-Known Soldiers.
The secrecy is to protect the nation because the Evil Men and Women of the World -- the Spawn of the Devil -- could use those names to the advantage of Evil.
The secrecy also serves as a reminder to employees that their mission is more important than they are. The CIA Memorial Wall is a great team builder as well.
I want True Conservatives -- my phrase for Trump Supporters -- to remember this as they criticize members of the CIA for their unAmerican and perhaps illegal attempts to stage a coup against the duly elected Leader of the Free World.
Rightly so. The politicization of an agency that works in secret is unacceptable.
But we cannot condemn them all. Or even the majority. It would be like blaming all the FBI for Mark Felt deep-throating the Washington Post in Watergate to get bring down President Nixon because he did not appoint Felt to succeed J.Edgar Hoover as FBI director.
However, let us not be dumb. The moles in the CIA play the press like a pinball machine. The moles are the enemy. They tried to bring down Dick Cheney with the Valerie Plame game.
To be sure, naming a CIA employee is a bad thing. But the investigation should have stopped the moment Bob Novak revealed how he linked her to the agency: By reading husband Joe Wilson's Who's Who account.
But the investigation went on until Scooter Libby was in jail for absolutely nothing connected to the case.
The question is whether President Trump will survive.
The press has gone all-in on this. Of course, the press has gone all-in on every hand, even when all it had was a Nine High Card hand.
They are missing the real story. As usual.

Phone records and intercepted calls show that members of Donald J. Trump’s 2016 presidential campaign and other Trump associates had repeated contacts with senior Russian intelligence officials in the year before the election, according to four current and former American officials. American law enforcement and intelligence agencies intercepted the communications around the same time they were discovering evidence that Russia was trying to disrupt the presidential election by hacking into the Democratic National Committee, three of the officials said. The intelligence agencies then sought to learn whether the Trump campaign was colluding with the Russians on the hacking or other efforts to influence the election. The officials interviewed in recent weeks said that, so far, they had seen no evidence of such cooperation. But the intercepts alarmed American intelligence and law enforcement agencies, in part because of the amount of contact that was occurring while Mr. Trump was speaking glowingly about the Russian president, Vladimir V. Putin. At one point last summer, Mr. Trump said at a campaign event that he hoped Russian intelligence services had stolen Hillary Clinton’s emails and would make them public. When did law enforcement agencies get the power to spy on the campaign of a presidential candidate?
Barack Obama or someone in his rogue regime authorized this.
That person should go to prison along with those who may have broken the law to spy on Trump.
They stain the memory of those 117 names unnamed.
But just like Mark Felt's revenge on Nixon, no one will.
Being right is of little help when you fight Evil. You must have faith and be as vigorous in attacking Evil as it is in defeating you.
Many True Conservatives were disheartened when Trump fired Mike Flynn. It was a necessary move that will have tactical value later when the game speeds up and the stakes are higher.
This is where we are. We took on the Establishment and won. We harpooned the leviathan and must hang on and try to hit it again as it thrashes wildly as it heads to deeper water.
Voting Trump may be for many of us the most important thing we ever did. I am convinced now more than ever that we defeated Adolfa. I knew the Obama regime was evil, but not this Evil. Her four-decade record of avarice, envy, pride, and wrath shows that she would have taken Evil to new heights.
Having stopped her, we must now work to keep our Hindenburg from exploding.
Doing right is never easy. But we fight to validate the far greater sacrifices made by those 117 names unnamed.
