TD, fancy meeting you here. I know about the two-week rule. Given that MCRE's sales are mostly through channels, with a long sell-through time, my point was that many of the execs could have bought in the November/early December timeframe if the quarter looked good. Wilczak's selling in November was not a good sign. I believe the VP of Sales, and the CFO also sold at that time.

Wilczak is an okay CEO for a start-up; I don't think he has the talent/experience to run a company over $10M in revenues. The other execs are pretty small-fry too. This is evidenced in the general lack of morale in the company, poor quality of products (look at Bryce Windows when it first came out), and constant slips in content and schedule as Kai asserts his 'creative genius' over corporate process. Real execs share information, and delegate. These guys don't.
