The tough, resourcefull hardworking Chinese are out of China. Capital finance these Chinese. And that is the reason capital flies. Back from an errand a truck blocks the road. At the gate a young Chinese explains to some Kenyans some details.. A huge construction site can be seen. Kenya service and construction sectors are booming. As I stopped to wash my car last Saturday I talked with another customer waiting. He told me the international school his boy attends had one Chine student. Today there are many. I explained to him: The Chinese who is intelligent, does not want to hand around with other Chinese. He learns the local language. Does not want his kid to be brought up as Chinese but as a kid of the world. Only low level Chinese want to continue being Chinese to the core. RESULT: Capital will continue to fly looking for freedom of investment and to multiply as always have been the case.
