The external pull is too strong and capital will continue to fly out of China. No matter what the PBOC does. The globalization pendulum swing means China must shrink as manufacturing plan and India s IT. Capital must not be hogged and always seek freedom to to its thing... The write is on the wall. This is atypical year as the government prioritize stability. The real moves come after October.
