Ned, Guess time will tell ultimately. At least it appears that a Palisades RAIN will finally open. Would be a pity to have to set Moe's trees on fire though, wouldn't it? Looks like there isn't really much new to discuss here for the moment, but next announcements from RAIN are no longer too far away...in a month or so I believe. It will be interesting to see what they do about the coo/pres, as well as what new openings may or may not be announced, given the extra they intend to have from the convertibles, and the fact that the number of announced locations doesn't match up with the number of those currently on the itinerary for the year. Hey, at least it looks like it might be time for a few techs/biotechs to heat up a bit...guess we'll have to see about that, too. Jeff..sorry to hear about Netscape....sounds like you inherited your sense of timing from me. Guess now you have to be patient, which is no fun in the market. Hang in there. Regards, Marshall
