ACRT may not need to issue more shares or incur debt. The TAD itself could be used to secure additional financing. At a larger volume, securitization of TADs could be a consideration.

Perhaps, they will need more money to build up their sales force,
but Administration of the TADs is miniscule. Returns to capital are
high, so payback to on new offices/sales people is quick.

I have seen mgt turn away eager investment bankers to raise money,
the company is not interested. They have a unused line of credit.

Of course, employee options will add shares but not that much.

ACRT raised approx. $7 mil last Summer in a private placement with
a 20% discount at the time of the offering with a one year restriction--
commission was 5% with no warrants. ACRT did its own underwriting
without a brokerage house. Do you know of many companies that
can say that?

This is why no analyst coverage. What analyst will write about a Company under $ a billion dollars unless there is potential under-
writing? Also, Wall Street does not like to think. So there you have it.

My suggestion to help others on this thread is for you, Mr. Pinkie, to
present your LBO analysis of ACRT in detail and post on this thread,
that way we will have more confidence in being short into the single digits.
