Interesting speculation here from Georges Laraque and Chris Nilan ... Laraque flat out states that Therrien 'lost' Carey Price when he disrespected Al Montoya by leaving him for that 10 goal shellacking back in November ... Price had wanted to be put in (goalie solidarity, whatever, Montoya's well liked in the room), but Therrien refused ... now Price is in a slump -- well gee, quelle surprise! (He also claims this goalie disrespect thing is what got Therrien fired in Pittsburgh .... he chewed out Fleury in front of everybody, Crosby didn't like it and went to the GM ...) hockeyinsideout.com
