I to am quite tired of the repeated harassment and slander that Mike Kugler and other known shorts and nays are spreading about the stocks others and I own on the Internet. It's bad enough that M. Kugler is a broker and is attempting to induce people to sell their RMIL and other stocks because he may have a personal beef with me. Silicon Investor (SI) should be aware that Rocky Mountain International has or will be amending their present lawsuit against the known short sellers to include Mr. M. Kugler and his employer for his repeated posts on SI. This is why I believe his repeated attacks and slander continue against me and other RMIL shareholders. Mike Kugler's actions have become far worse in the last few days as RMIL was halted. It appears that he and several others have a strong INTEREST in trying to get RMIL shareholders to start dumping stock when the trading halt is lifted. These nays as I call them have been pounding the message boards for 8 to 12 hours a day. This seems rather strange since RMIL is halted, and none of those attempting to TANK the stock are shareholders! Some of these nays have even posted what appears to be confidential information from one attorney to a RMIL attorney in a present legal matter. Others and I wonder how these naysayers are getting this information from one Dempsey K. Mork (admitted short seller of RMIL) and posting it around the world! I can see only one reason for this, in my opinion, someone may be receiving some sort of illegal benefit for this. Other RMIL shareholders and I have come to the same conclusion and request that the agencies concerned take a closer look at these people to clear this matter! Riley G RMIL Shareholder
