Something I want is for the left tall Logo menu and the right wide Subject menu to be combined into a single SI menu bar.

This would leave a rectangular space and allow me to make the Computer Menu wider and shorter in height.

Trying to squeeze a header between two boxes is difficult and a SI menu bar would be more efficient.
